The masterplan spans 75 acres of prime riverfront along the St. Lawrence River, thoughtfully organized into three signature districts: Residential Block; Mixed-Used Block; Waterfront & Recreation Zone.

Density & Built Form
Designed as a complete community, the plan accommodates up to 4,000 residential units, with building heights transitioning from 3 storeys in the north to 26 storeys in the south.

Phasing
The masterplan will be delivered in three transformative phases: Phase 1 establishes core residential infrastructure; Phase 2 introduces mixed-use vitality; Phase 3 completes the waterfront vision.
